"God's Love is deeper than any grave"
Every stone in a graveyard has a story, a story known to those who visit, a story fully known by God. We would ask visitors to the graveyard to please have respect for those who are remembering loved ones. There are a number of famous people buried in and around Holy Trinity church including the World War 1 poet Edmund Blunden who lived in this village towards the end of his life. The church is extremely grateful to the Parish Council for maintaining the graveyard and the adjacent burial ground.
